Our Commitment

Greek-Fire Corporation is committed to ensuring that ai.Stacker Pro is accessible to all users, regardless of ability or disability. We believe that everyone should have equal access to the tools and services that power their AI workflows.

We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our platform and strive to adhere to widely accepted accessibility standards. Our ongoing accessibility efforts are driven by user feedback, industry best practices, and evolving guidelines.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. WCAG defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

ai.Stacker Pro targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to achieve this goal.

While we strive to conform to Level AA of WCAG 2.1, there may be some areas that are not yet fully conformant. We are actively working to identify and resolve these gaps.

Accessibility Features

We have implemented the following accessibility features across our platform:

Navigation and Structure

  • Semantic HTML markup for meaningful document structure
  • Consistent and predictable navigation patterns across all pages
  • Skip-to-content links for keyboard users
  • Properly structured headings that convey content hierarchy
  • Descriptive page titles that identify the current page

Visual Design

  • Sufficient color contrast ratios that meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 Level AA requirements
  • Text that can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
  • No content that relies solely on color to convey information
  • Support for dark and light themes to accommodate visual preferences
  • Responsive design that adapts to various screen sizes and orientations

Keyboard and Input Accessibility

  • Full keyboard navigability for all interactive elements
  • Visible focus indicators for keyboard navigation
  • No keyboard traps that prevent users from navigating away from a component
  • Logical tab order that follows the visual layout of the page

Assistive Technology Support

  • ARIA labels and roles for interactive components and dynamic content
  • Alternative text for meaningful images and icons
  • Form labels and error messages that are programmatically associated with inputs
  • Live regions for dynamic content updates and status messages
  • Compatibility with popular screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, there are some known limitations to the accessibility of ai.Stacker Pro:

  • Complex data visualizations: Some charts and graphs may not fully convey all information to screen reader users. We provide alternative text summaries and are working to improve data table alternatives.
  • Third-party integrations: Some third-party components embedded in our platform may not fully meet our accessibility standards. We are working with our vendors to improve these components.
  • Drag-and-drop interfaces: Certain workflow builder features that rely on drag-and-drop interaction may be difficult to use with keyboard-only navigation. We are developing keyboard-accessible alternatives.
  • Legacy PDF documents: Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible. We are working to remediate these documents and ensure new documents meet accessibility standards.

We are actively working to address these limitations and improve the overall accessibility of our platform.

When reporting an accessibility issue, please include:

We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within 5 business days and provide a resolution or timeline within 30 business days.

Enforcement Procedure

If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility concern, you may escalate the matter through the following steps:

  2. Management Review: If the initial response does not resolve your concern, you may request that the matter be escalated to management for further review.
  3. External Bodies: You may also file a complaint with the relevant regulatory authority or equality body in your jurisdiction. We are committed to cooperating fully with any such proceedings.
